1. Payment & Reservations

• Tour Price: The total cost of the tour is €5,195 per person (double occupancy).

• Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of €1,000 per person is required to confirm your reservation. The deposit is 50% refundable if cancellation is made more than 180 days before the tour start date; non-refundable within 180 days of the tour start date.

• Final Payment: The remaining balance must be paid no later than 120 days before the tour start date.

• Single Supplement: A single room supplement of €300 applies for participants requesting single accommodation.
   

2. What’s Included in the Price

• 8 days exploring some of Ireland’s most stunning and secluded locations

• 7 nights’ accommodation with exclusive access to Temple House Manor and its 1,000-acre estate

• Daily breakfast and dinner

• Guidance from an experienced local photographer

• Visits to local artisans in their studios or forges

• Insights into Ireland’s heritage and culture, including lesser-known sites

• Modern mini-coach transportation throughout the tour

• Dublin airport pick-up and drop-off

• All necessary permits and passes for included activities
   

3. What’s Not Included

• International flights

• Travel insurance (required)

• Lunches

• Alcohol at Temple House

• Local guide gratuities
   

4. Travel Insurance
Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory and must cover:
 

• Trip cancellation and interruption

• Medical emergencies and evacuation

• Personal belongings

• COVID-related disruptions, quarantines, or delays
   

Participants are solely responsible for securing appropriate coverage before the tour begins.
 

5. Cancellations by Ireland In Focus
Ireland In Focus reserves the right to cancel the tour up to 90 days prior to the start date if the minimum number of participants is not met. In such cases, all payments will be refunded in full, which will be the sole remedy available.

We also reserve the right to cancel the program due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, governmental actions, or other force majeure events.
 

6. Participant Responsibility & Risk Acknowledgement

By booking, participants acknowledge that:
 

• All travel involves inherent risks, including illness, injury, property loss, and delays.

• Activities on this tour are undertaken voluntarily and at your own risk.

• Ireland In Focus works with independent suppliers (accommodation, transportation, guides, etc.) and is not responsible for their acts or omissions.

• Ireland In Focus is not liable for injury, death, damage, loss, delay, or inconvenience caused by third parties, force majeure, or events beyond our control.

• Any loss or damage to personal property, including photography equipment, is the participant’s responsibility.
   

We reserve the right to remove from the tour, without refund, any participant whose behavior is disruptive or unsafe.
 

7. Flight Arrangements
Participants are responsible for arranging and booking their own flights to Dublin in time for the tour start. Airport transfers are included only for arrivals and departures on the designated tour dates.
 

8. Use of Images
By participating, you grant Ireland In Focus permission to use photographs, video, or audio of you taken during the tour for promotional purposes.
 

9. Agreement to Terms
Payment of a deposit indicates that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions on behalf of yourself and any other participants you are booking for.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions and any disputes arising under them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland. The courts of Ireland shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any claims or disputes arising in connection with the tour or these Terms & Conditions.
